Si en tu trabajo permites que las burlas, los gritos o las humillaciones se repitan sin consecuencia, el mensaje que queda no es solo para ti, sino para todos los que observan: <em data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"461\">\u201cAqu\u00ed se permite\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"466\" data-end=\"581\">Cuando un jefe grita, descalifica o impone su opini\u00f3n como \u00fanica verdad, mata tres cosas esenciales en un equipo:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"797\">\n<li data-start=\"582\" data-end=\"664\">\n<p data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"664\"><strong data-start=\"585\" data-end=\"601\">La confianza<\/strong> \u2192 porque no hay espacio para expresar desacuerdos sin miedo.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"665\" data-end=\"729\">\n<p data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"729\"><strong data-start=\"668\" data-end=\"685\">La motivaci\u00f3n<\/strong> \u2192 porque el esfuerzo nunca es suficiente.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"797\">\n<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"797\"><strong data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"750\">La innovaci\u00f3n<\/strong> \u2192 porque las ideas se frenan antes de nacer.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"799\" data-end=\"959\">Y cuando la culpa y la evasi\u00f3n de responsabilidad se trasladan de persona a persona para evitar la humillaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, el problema se agrava. Cada quien intenta protegerse, se\u00f1alando a otros, y as\u00ed la cultura de evasi\u00f3n alimenta la cultura de acoso, dejando el verdadero problema sin resolver.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"961\" data-end=\"1189\">Desde el <strong data-start=\"970\" data-end=\"992\">coaching ejecutivo<\/strong>, sabemos que <em data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1077\">e<strong>l liderazgo se mide no solo por lo que logra, sino por c\u00f3mo lo logra<\/strong><\/em><strong>.<\/strong> Un verdadero l\u00edder no humilla, corrige con respeto; no grita, comunica con claridad; no ridiculiza, inspira.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1191\" data-end=\"1314\">Si est\u00e1s en un ambiente as\u00ed, recuerda: <strong data-start=\"1230\" data-end=\"1266\">no tolerar no es ser conflictivo<\/strong>, es poner un l\u00edmite sano. Un l\u00edmite que dice:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1470\">\n<li data-start=\"1315\" data-end=\"1350\">\n<p data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1350\"><em data-start=\"1317\" data-end=\"1347\">Mi dignidad no es negociable<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1351\" data-end=\"1397\">\n<p data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1397\"><em data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1394\">El respeto tambi\u00e9n es parte de la productividad<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1398\" data-end=\"1470\">\n<p data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1470\"><em data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1467\">El trabajo es un espacio de crecimiento, no de desgaste emocional<\/em>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1716\">Cambiar esta realidad puede empezar con algo tan simple como <strong data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1558\">nombrar lo que sucede, <\/strong>o bien, tomando la decisi\u00f3n de buscar un espacio donde el respeto no sea opcional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1718\" data-end=\"1853\">Porque en la cultura de una organizaci\u00f3n, <strong data-start=\"1760\" data-end=\"1788\">lo que toleras, entrenas<\/strong>.
